Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have changed the ways in which we work in order to keep staff, volunteers, clients and the community at large, safe.

We are currently able to offer counselling support by telephone or face to face. This said, face to face appointments are limited due to the need to clean and sanitise the rooms between sessions. Most of the support we provide is telephone support as many of our counsellors are working remotely from their home. Our staff are working a rota, each doing a couple of days a week in the office and working remotely from their homes on other days.

If you feel in need of support, whether you are an existing client, or someone now in need of bereavement support, please call us. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave your name and contact details on our 24 hr answer machine. We will get back to you as soon as possible and do all we can to offer you support over the telephone.

Like everyone, we are observing government guidelines, therefore if we are required to close our centre due to changes in these guidelines, all face to face support would move to telephone support and staff would return to home working.
